Alec rushed ahead to get some towels, and handed one to her. “Yeah, that Magnus. He’s the High Warlock of Brooklyn.” By the Angel, Alec hoped she wasn’t another of Magnus’ exes. He knew Magnus got around before him, and understood, but it still bothered him. He shook his head and shuttered. The mere memory of the last ex he had met still enraged him. He hoped very badly that she was not. “How do you know him? I don’t know when he’ll be coming home.” The memory of their latest fight was still fresh.
